Veggielution Project

Because of Earth day, we decided to do a project to help the environment. Our project went through an organization named Veggielution. They use a unique community farm model that mobilizes volunteers to cultivate and grow healthy crops, which are then made available to their program participants and other local residents. Low-income families can stop by and pick up Veggielution's fruit and veggies. We spent a few hours there beautifying a space by pulling out weeds and laying down mulch. We are planning to visit frequently to help out on their farm.
