Care Packages for Women's Homeless Shelters

In March, our group discovered the issue of the lack of essential items in many women's lives. Many of the items we chose to include in our handmade bags include body wash, shampoo, hand sanitizer, water bottles, menstrual necessities, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and masks in order to keep safe during the pandemic. Each package contained a hand-written note of encouragement to remind the women who received a package that love surrounds them. Making a total of over 200 bags, we donated the packages to women's homeless shelters around our community in the Bay Area.
